We are dedicated to the development, design, manufacturing, sales, and services of electroplating equipment, fully automated anodizing equipment, and related supporting facilities.
Within the industrial hardware electroplating equipment field, we are proud to have engineered and manufactured China’s first acid zinc-nickel automotive caliper electroplating line. Our clientele includes major OEMs in the automotive industry such as Continental, TRW, and Bosch. Furthermore, our electroplating acid zinc-nickel production line and electroplating alkaline zinc/acid zinc production line have been certified by Beijing Benz, BMW Brilliance, and other industry leaders.
In the anodizing field, we serve prominent OEMs such as APPLE, DELL, HP, HUAWEI, ASUS, SONY, and LENOVO, as we boast expertise in mainstream OEMs manufacturing processes and technical specifications. We also closely follow the latest technologies and industry trends within the anodizing industry, and are dedicated to researching and developing new anodizing equipment that meets the emerging process requirements.
With the guidance of industry pioneers and the support of our users, we have established ourselves as a renowned supplier in the surface treatment sector. In the anodizing industry, we have employed the German SEW servo control system and the German P+F WCS positioning system, eliminating the stagnation time constraints of chemical polishing. This breakthrough provides a solution for pre-chemical polishing/anodizing full automation, with many peers following suit. Within the electroplating surface treatment sector, we have independently developed and manufactured China’s first acid zinc-nickel automotive caliper/brake bracket production line, which has been certified by Mercedes-Benz/BMW. We have also provided advanced electroplating equipment to the 55th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (Nanjing). Furthermore, our SAP copper plating line + pattern plating production line provided to Beijing Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has preceded domestic peers for ten years. Additionally, our LCP copper plating + pattern plating experimental line, supplied to Southeast University (Nanjing), has contributed to the utilization of LCP in the aerospace field, advancing national technological innovation.
